Bands must remain active and independent in order to remain in rotation. If a band breaks up or is signed to a major label, they will be removed from rotation—GroundWaves benefits artists by exposing underground bands to a greater audience, and in either scenario GroundWaves' services would no longer be needed by the artist.
Copyrights for all music broadcast on GroundWaves are property of the original artists. GroundWaves and its associates assume no responsibility for any instances of copyright violations that may appear in music submitted by artists for rotation. Submissions become property of GroundWaves and will not be returned. GroundWaves will not sell submissions or reproduce them for any purpose other than broadcasting on the wire. Inclusion of a song in a GroundWaves broadcast does not enable the downloading of that song to a listener's hard drive. GroundWaves will not grant access to or distribute individual song files to any party. GroundWaves broadcasts may not be copied for distribution or commercial use. GroundWaves is not responsible for any third-party use of stream capture software in the event that it is used to record artists' music from the GroundWaves broadcast.
