Back in the Swing of Things

Wow, a year of no updates. In 2010, GroundWaves lost a business partner and that threw a big wrench in a lot of things. Aside from the financial considerations, there was the fact that updating this site takes a heck of a lot more effort with just one person... and this one person runs a couple of other businesses as well. Plus I met a girl, and you know how that goes (love you, K!). Through it all, the GroundWaves broadcast managed to stay up, delivering great tunage your way.
Cut to 2011. We're on a brand new server that isn't burning (as large) a hole in my pocket, and we're looking at ways to improve not only our internal processes but also the content we present to you. With the server upgrade, we're also upgrading our broadcast software—but temporarily we've taken a technological step back, so for now you won't hear station IDs until that's done (which is too bad, because we have a few new stars who've given us the shout out!).
If you've been listening this whole time, thanks for your loyalty; if you're new to us, welcome. Keep checking back with us over the next few months. We've been supporting unsigned and independent musicians for
twelve years now, and we don't have plans to stop anytime soon.
